Dynamics 365 Customer Voice USL: Unable to open project ...

Hi,

I get this error message when I click any project container or survey within Customer Voice:

Unable to open project due to missing permissions in the environment. Contact your admin.

I am the Owner made no changes and suddenly last week I no longer have access. How to resolve this?

    Hi,

    Could it be possible that someone else has edited your security role giving access to Customer Voice? It may be worth checking that you still have the correct privileges assigned: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-voice/connect-environment#privileges-required
