Replenishment Process for Multiple location

I just had a question in regards to replenishment. I currently working for a start-up company that has multiple selling channels including online and multiple stores. We are currently running replenishment off of min/max. I'm trying to figure out how to manage our replenishment for our warehouse/ stores/ and online orders. Can anyone give me suggestions on how to properly understand how to manage this process with multiple selling channels? Also, the difference between Req Min/Max and how it works with items that are on order. I've noticed that our stores are set up with Req and it's not taking in account of on order items and is populating for replenishment. I also would let to set up forecasting in the near future. Any ideas would be great.
