Hello CRM Guru's,

Our company has a lot of different goals that we need to add into Dynamics. I've been able to use a template for creating the rollups and goals for the children goals in our organization, but I'm looking for a quick way to create a parent goal for said children. Are you able to use an upload template for parent goals? If not does anyone have an add in or a tool made for goal management?

Also I know that it's possible to setup reoccurring goals with workflows, however the targets are always changing which I believe can't be accommodated with the use of workflows.

Any help would be most appreciated!

Hi All,

I found the answer. You should first create the parent goal then when doing an upload to create the child goals, assign the parent goal to the child goal.
