I find it really hard to believe that the link formatting is supposed to look like this, but we're seeing it across multiple environments.
That's just some dude making a video who is seeing the same thing that I'm seeing, not official MSFT/dynamics video. My goal in posting here is for someone from the MSFT team to confirm/deny what we're seeing. EvanChaki - any comment?

You'll see a mix of the blue-underlined (unformatted) links as well as links that look similar to the pre-wave 2 release depending on which one you're looking at.
It appears that some .css is missing. FWIW, in one of our environments that we upgraded, we see links that resemble the pre-Wave 2 (without the underline, darker blue).
