Is there any possibility to auto approve Purchase Requisition workflow based on condition ?

Hi,
I am currently integrating the CRM and FNO data. Here, my scenario is that I want to auto-submit the PR workflow based on condition.

As per the scenario, we can create batch jobs or PR workflows in FNO, but the client asked not to disturb the FNO instance and tried to auto-submit with Power Automate. Is there any possibility of using Power Automate to achieve this scenario?

I don't think there is any possibility to auto submit by power automate, instead you can create custom service or customized feature to cater this, not big as such.

Hi,

As Ramit said, there is currently no such standard function in F&O, and I'm afraid that using power automate does not have a feature that meets your needs. You can use custom development to implement your needs, write a piece of logic code, monitor the status of the workflow, and automatically approve the workflow when it meets the conditions.
