Need a SQL QUERY

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi,

I need queries for automatically check off all items which are checked off in options for available on webiste to be off.

We are recreating a website on shopify and we had all items checked on available on site before; now we have chose to enter selective items ; so we want to turn all off and then manually select items to synchronise the web items that we want.

So if you can help us write the query that will turn all off; and then 2nd query to turn all on which has qty on hand more than 6.

One more thing is how to export hq database to excel and import back to databse after changes?

Thanks,

Raj

1.To turn off use below query.

    update item set webitem='0'

2.To turn on where on hand greater than 6 use below query.

update Item set webitem='1' where Quantity > '6'
