CRM triggering old workflows after restarting asyncs service

Hello All,

We have recently restarted the async service on the server for our CRM 2016 on premise as the workflows are not triggering.

But some of the old workflows have been triggerred and emails were sent.

Could you please help us on how to prevent this, how can we identify the workflows which are stucked in the queue and delete them.
