
Hi,
We have a problem with our on premise CRM where when a task is closed the task assignment changes to the case owner rather than remaining with the person that the task was orrigionally assigned to. This messes things up for our reporting because we want to see who has spent time on a particular case etc.
Has anybody seen this behaviour before and know of a solution to this?

Check that you do not have a workflow or plugin that is re-assigning the completed task. I verified this in our crm system and this is not out of the box behavior.
