Hi all,

What is activityTimeType field in smmactivities table?

I cannot select the activity number in my purchase requisition. It gives me an error "Activity number XXXX is not found in the activities table."

Then, i can see my activity number in the smmactivities table with the status BUSY(ActivityTimeType) field.

I changed it to Free in the table, then i can select the activity number in purchase requisition.

Where exactly this field is getting updated to BUSY from frontend.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Rusty,

    This field is used for integration with your Outlook calendar. When creating an item, it will mark it as Free, Busy, Out of office.

    Can you tell more about the setup you have done related to activities and the purchase requisitions?

    Hi,

    actually the problem is this error "Activity number XXXX is not found in the activities table." pops up, when we do a purchase requisition for an another entity (lets say B). the current entity is A.

    I have also checked the purchase requision permissions,

    the employee has access to both A and B companies.

    What else i am missing?
