I want to get some surety around the limits of Business Central. I have already checked https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/administration/operational-limits-online this URL. I have a client with below operational scope, I am not sure of I should offer Project Central or Business Central, please looking forward to your thought?
Users, approx 3000-5000 across the organisation and user types would be a mix of :
- Executive users for viewing dashboards.
- Project Management community members such as Project Managers, Programme Managers and coordinators who are responsible for updating all project and programme information such as RAG status.
- Team Lead Users: these are resource managers / leads / delegates who need to approve timesheets or resources.
- Team Member Users: these are users who are mostly doers whether BAU work or Project work, and as such complete and submit timesheets for work done, but they do not need to perform anything performed by PM users.
- Requester Users: these users would not timesheet but only need workflow approval access like CRI workflows and Lifecycle etc.
- System Admin User: for all types of administration tasks of system.
- External/Customer/Read-Only.
