while generating picking list qty is getting doubled of lines

Hi,

while generating picking list of a SO and qty is getting doubled of lines. Like if SO have 2 qty then it will be appeared 4 in picking list. But it is coming only on some of SO not all. I made same SO again for that customer withs same item then it has no issue. Why is system behaving different in some scenarios.?

    Hi Ali,

    If the Flushing principle field is selected on the Start tab in Manufacturing execution, you must also select that same principle on either the Operations tab or the Report as finished tab.

    Hi Ali,

    might it be, that there is a unit conversion available for the items of the Sales Order?

    The non-WMS picking list always displays the qty in the inventory unit of the item (without showing the unit itself).

    I am facing this issue while making sales order picking list, not on production order.

    unit conversion works when we convert from one UOM to another. but in my case i have not any conversion. I am making sales order and then generating picking list and it is showing double qty. Shocking point is if i make same sales order again, it is picking right qty.
