Could not find that, but I did see (under Sales Transactions/Sales Batches that I could pull up the unposted batch and I saw where the "Posted Date" was in 2014. I corrected that an the Bach posted.

Are you posting by batch date? If so, what is the date on the batch?
Try to print the "Edit List Report" before posting the transaction, to do so just click the "Print" button either on the transaction or the batch level. It will provide specific details regarding the error
