Lot/Serial Expiry date on Item tracing screen

Hi All

It seems I'm missing a simple inquiry screen to check serial/lot in stock and their expiry dates. The best I could do is the item tracing screen but expiry date is not shown and then I have filter Quantity <> 0 to get in stock. Is there a better way to get a list of items with serial/lot and expiry dates

I have the same question (0)

    Hello Samantha,

    Thank you for the question.

Another way to check for Lot No./Serial No. values is to filter on the Lot No./Serial No. (having a value) on the Item Ledger Entry table (32) (with filter on fields Open = True and Positive = True if you want Lot No. Serial No. with positive available Quantity).

The community may have ideas beyond this one.

Tammy provided the method from Item Ledger Entry

The other method is to go to Item Card then use Item Tracking Entries. But this is for one item only.

Thanks for the suggestions and for the moment can live with workarounds - looks like if you want the exact report it needs to be developed

I do not have expiration date in my environment. But have you tried  Item Expiration - Quantity report?

Also, I think you can use Excel/ODATA to create and Excel Report  archerpoint.com/.../
