Hi Guys,

I am using a trial version of the dynamics crm and have an unified interface which allows user to sign a pdf form and submit it and the attached pdf is not showing up in the timeline in the dashboard. The issue is whenever a pdf is signed the timeline is not populating but when i create a not on itself it shows up.

Hello Suresh,

Can you share more details on the issue?

From what you are describing, it sounds like you are also trying out an ISV add-on to enable electronic signature of PDF documents.
In that case, this issue probably needs to be fixed by the provider of that add-on.

I am trying to views notes in the filters tab in the timeline. Now it is showing only Posts.

Hi Suresh,

If the note exists but you can't see it, can you can check on the form editor if note records haven't been filtered out?
