Hi Guys,
I am facing a problem in email activity.
My Scenario is i am having 2 different email id which is configure to two Queues if any email came to the crm in "to" field it has shows the which queue it is configured to the email that queue is coming and when i am trying to "Reply". In "From" it is showing Logged in user
but i want which is the owner of the parentemail "queue" in From Lookup Can any one tell me how to achieve this
