Hi Guys,
I am facing a problem in email activity.
My Scenario is i am having 2 different email id which is configure to two Queues if any email came to the crm in "to" field it has shows the which queue it is configured to the email that queue is coming and when i am trying to "Reply". In "From" it is showing Logged in user
but i want which is the owner of the parentemail "queue" in From Lookup Can any one tell me how to achieve this

Yes, you can change the owner as well but again you would need to retrieve it and set it using JavaScript.

When we reply the email whoever the owner of the parentemail can we make it same person as a owner for reply email.
But according to crm logged in user is coming.

Bydefault From will be current logged in user in CRM. You can write a small js/OData query to set up this field by any other value.

There isn't any standard setting/ configuration to achieve this. You need to write the JavaScript to get the queue and then set it on the from lookup.
