Cannot open an appointment from Service Calendar after it is added onto dashboard.

Hi,

I just add the service calendar onto dashboard by following this article:

https://community.dynamics.com/crm/b/misscrm360exploration/archive/2014/07/17/want-to-see-service-calendar-on-crm-dashboard

It showed me service calendar perfectly on dashboard.  But I cannot open my appointment from here whenever I change to day, week or month. If I go to service/service calendar and find same appointment, I can open it by double clicking it.

Anyone has any idea what could be the problem? Same issue happened for personal calendar when I added it on dashboard. The only different between service calendar and personal calendar on dashboard is for personal calendar, when I change the calendar to show whole month, I can open the appointment.

Any help will be very appreciated!

Carys

    Hi,

A lot of our clients have approached us with this same query. Our product, Maplytics proved to be an effective solution for them with its Auto Scheduling feature with Dynamics 365 CRM.

With Auto Scheduling, not only can the appointments be pre-planned for days and weeks but they can also be visualized in the Outlook Calendar. The appointments consider the availability of the clients and also come with optimized travel directions and turn-by-turn navigation directions.

For more on Maplytics, visit our Website or write to us at crm@inogic.com for a free demo or a trial.

    Thanks,
    Sam

    Hey!

I had gone through the same problem but then someone suggested me a tool which solved my problem.

    Here is the tool: www.appjetty.com/dynamics365-all-in-one-calendar.htm

This is the best tool you can use for solving your problem.

    Hope this helps!
