Comparing BPM process of my organization with APQC industry

Hi All,

I am not sure if this is right forum to ask this question but I am going to give it a shot.

I have uploaded some of my processes in BPM, I would like to compare my process with APQC standard to see where we deviate from standard process. How can I do that? it seems to me it would come under gap analysis but I am looking to see on lifecycle if that's possible to compare two process (organization and MS Standard (APQC Cross Industry) -

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

There is no automatic comparison. APQC is a formatted structural set of procedures with number references and titles, what you will have captured in a BPM will be "related" but not in any manner structured like APQC, so you will have to manually cross reference these to APQC, but if you import and use APQC you will have an awful lot to go through, which is why when using APQC I would advise you start with APQC and see what is in and out and then ensure you have a round up of all processes at the end to ensure you have not missed anything. Sometimes tricky to do as the customer focuses on requirements and how they process and this is not generally in an internationally recognised format. Manual cross reference is your only option I believe.
