
Custom buttons have been added to an English version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and these customizations have been exported, and then sent to a partner. The partner has a Swedish version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and has imported the customizations, but the custom buttons do not appear. Does the ISV Config file need to be translated before importing into a CRM with a different language? Or is there something else?

It seems that in your partner's CRM ISV extensions are switched off. To switch on them go Settings - Administration - System Settings - In appeared window open Customization tab - in Custom Menu and toolbars option Select Clients on which ISV controls will be accessible.
