I have a user,UserA., he is both a user for CompanyA and CompanyB.

I also have another user, UserB but he should only be able to access CompanyB.

How can I hide or disable CompanyA from UserB?

You can give access from users form. Go to Sys Admin > Users . Click on user role and click assign organization button  and select Grant access to specific organizations individually check box  and select the company which you want to specify and click grant button .
