Plugin ownership change

Hi

One of my colleagues wrote the below plugin and left the organization now. When we disabled her account, we got a business process error. On analyzing further, got to know I need to change the plugin ownership to me. But I'm unsure of how to change the plugin. But I have changed all the workflows, Business rules to my name. 

Can anyone please help me here?
