    Hi,

There are a few possible reasons why you may not be able to export Dynamics 365 CRM reports to Excel.
    • You do not have the necessary permissions. To export reports, you must have the Export Data privilege. You can check your permissions in the Security Roles area of Dynamics 365 CRM.
    • The report is too large. Excel has a limit of 1,048,576 rows per worksheet. If the report is larger than this, you will not be able to export it to Excel. You can try to reduce the size of the report by filtering the data or by removing some of the columns.
    • There is a problem with the report. If the report is corrupted or incomplete, you may not be able to export it to Excel. Try running the report again to see if that resolves the issue.
If you are still unable to export reports to Excel, you can try using Inogic Click2Export. Click2Export is a productivity app that allows users to export reports, CRM views, and word/excel templates in just one click. It can export data in five different file formats: Excel, Word, PDF, CSV, and TIFF. Additionally, users can schedule exports and send them via email, download them to their computer, upload them to SharePoint, attach them as notes, or automatically send them with attachments to specific recipients.
You can download Click2Export from our Website or from AppSource. You can activate a fully working 15-day trial by following these steps

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks!
