Shortcut to Personal Details View on Client contact Record

Hi,

We would like to create a short cut to a "personal notes" tab we have for our contact records.

The goal is to quickly add personal notes to the contact's account .

This would be like a concierge's notes on client's preferences, etc.

How would I be able to pin this specific tab to the side and search for the client's name and be directed straight to personal notes?

Hi,

As far as I know, you can’t really deep link to a specific tab on a form in D365, it will always open the default tab first. What worked for us was bringing the personal notes closer to the main view, either move it to the first tab or add it as a section so users don’t need to switch tabs. If they need quick access, a custom button or quick create form for notes is usually faster than navigating tabs.
