Upgrade from GP 10 to 2010

I am upgrading from gp10 to 2010 but I seem to be having challenges with upgrading the modified forms and reports as well as databases in sql.

Can someone please be of help?

    Could you expand on this? Are you receiving an error? Have you created a Dexsql.log?
