When printing Trial Balance using GP2013 if report more than a few pages the bottom of report gets cut off. Our Client is also having this issue with the Tax transactions report.
They have the same issue when printing to any printer, screen view as well as PDF.
The same reports printed fine on the older version of GP.
We have the same issue at multiple sites.
Any ideas?

Some times just asking and trying something different will help.

Hi Bill, GP was using a terminal service, when I logged in as POWERUSER and tried to re-print it worked fine. When I login as the original user, the printer settings must have been reset. In short, it was already fixed. Thank you for your response.
Emerald, are you having a similar problem? It is unlikely that someone would still be waiting for 2 years for this solution.
However, if you can post some details - better in a new post - we can see what we can do to assist.
Often times this matter is related to the paper size selected or the orientation of the paper.
