I have a situation where a number of Purchase Orders were generated but the payments for said PO's were entered independently through the manual entry screen and not through the enter match invoice screen . The situation is now that we have all these PO's that cannot be properly closed out since it appears that a duplicate entry is being created when an attempt is made to simply close out the Purchase Orders.
Is there any way the PO's can be forced closed without generating a duplicate entry ?
