Dear Experts,

                          We are running a separate organization in crm 2016 on premises for client, now client implemented there on crm 2016 on premises and they want to integrate their CRM with our crm specially for cases and contacts... So if we create a new contact or case it should show in client crm records and vice versa.

Can any one help me how we can integrate both crm.

    Hi Imran,

     I think this is never going to fully work simply because cases are linked to so many other entities that you'll have to duplicate all your data, eventually.

     If you only wanted to copy new cases from one system to another, you might use SSIS & KingswaySoft/CozyRoc.. Or you might use Scribe.. or you might use some custom code. But you'll have to map the fields, which means you may also have to re-create some fields, and, then, you may also have to do the same for the related entities, so this may quickly become really complicated.
