How to Rename a Vendor

Hi,

Pl. help me how to Rename a Vendor account, When I try renaming a Vendor account, I get the below stack trace error.

I tried debugging and found that the debug assertion is getting failed at the constructForSystemDefinedByTableId method in the Class DimensionEnabledType. By adding Info() I found that tableId2name(backingEntityTableId) methods is returning null and fieldId2Name(backingEntityTableId, dictView.fieldId(valueField)) methods is returning the value as UNKNOWN.

Can someone please suggest why these methods are returning these values or let me know how to fix this issue?!

It seems that it is failing to rename record in following two tables that is created when you create a vendor.

1) DimensionAttributeValueCombination

2) DimensionAttributeLevelValue

Try to do full CIL and after that change the vendor name
