Load Consent to CC - 'An existing data migration is currently in progress'

Hi, any advice on this would be much appreciated!
 
Whenever we try to 'Load Consent' to the consent centre using the OOTB functionality, we get an error saying /An existing data migration process is currently in progress. Please try again once that finishes./
As far as I know, there are no other data migrations currently running which would be causing this error. Is there a way that I can check this?
 
Does anyone have a workaround for this issue?

    Hi Community member,

    You can track the progress and status of data imports by navigating to Advanced Settings > Data Management > Imports > Update the View to All Imports to see if any other imports are currently still in progress.

    Hi @Fiona T, thanks for your response.
     
    I've checked the in progess imports and there are none in progress, however I'm still seeing the error.
    If you have any other suggestions let me know, but perhaps I need to log a ticket.

    No problem :) If you still aren't seeing any imports in progress in the log then yes, I would recommend raising a ticket for someone at Microsoft to troubleshoot further.
