Hi:

I see from Sales & Receivables Setup that you can set a default quantity of 1.

What's the purpose of this?

    It will set quantity field to 1 while entering the Item No. automatically without entering the quantity manually.

    Hi,

    If you set this default quantity in setup, then when you put an item line in sales document its quantity will be 1 by default.
