We are planning to make an internal competition so increase the use of the CRM system. We are planning this by giving points for activities added to CRM. For example 1 point for created a task, 2 points for creating an appointment , 5 points for creating an Sales opportunities . We cant to present earned points in a Dashboard. (The score point is addes to a fields in task, appointment and opportunities on create . Its the sum of these points we want to show in the same graph for the user. ). Is it possible to display the score for each entity in the same graph? Or must we have one graph for each entity?

Out of the box, you would need different charts for each entity.  However, there are gamification modules for CRM, including one MS offers directly, that can help.  They're overkill if you're only using them this one time, but if you're looking at using gamification as a long-term adoption method, I'd look at Dynamics 365 - Gamification (formerly called FantasySalesTeam) from MS, or CRMGamified.

If that's too much, you could build a report to aggregate the scores, or use PowerBI.  But simple charts are single-entity.
