App Source Extension Failing to Install

Hi,
 
We have published an BC app on app source which is failing to install on all tenants we have tested. The installation throws the error below. There seems to be no way of troubleshooting nor tracing the error. Has anyone experienced something similar and/or might be able to assist? Anyone have some pointers what the cause of this is?
 
Have not contacted MS support yet as overall experience covering support has not been great.
 
Deployment failed. Errors: App ID : 600d0bf0-e6a5-40db-b017-2f3e6d5e679a Message : { A request to the Data Plane Admin Service failed with an internal server error.
Http status code: InternalServerError

    It seems to be a Microsoft problem.
    I think you can first rule out country/region and different environment issues.

    Thank you for the response. 
     
    I am trying to install this into a UK environment whilst the region has been made available in the offer. We done another test in a NL environment, same issue. Not sure what else we can do to rule this out.

    If Nothing is working then you can raised ticket to Microsoft support.

    I agree with Khushbu, this seems like something only Microsoft can fix.

    Today, we encounter the same issue as reported in this post:

    It seems if the environment is very slow. The installation is almost 30 mins processing and than this issue appears.
    There is no pointer in what direction the error is coming from and not sure what we can do to fix this.
     
    The same version of this extension did upload successfully for another tennant.
     
    Is there anyone with a suggestion or hopefully a fix?

    Did you try deploying the app in a sandbox environment first to see if the issue persists.
    This can help isolate whether the problem is specific to certain tenants or environments!

    Does only happend on production environments. Sandbox is doing fine.
