We do not have internet access from internal network.
So we can't access to the help website to microsoft directly from outlook client.
Is there a posibility to download and install help for "offline" use?

It is possible to download and install help for offline use. To do this download the files you need access to and transfer them to your internal network.
You may also find it good to transfer the Microsoft Dynamics CRM User Guide onto your internal network. It can be found here
