Hi All ,

We are facing an issue where after the update, we are no longer able to view/print receipts from the 'Show journal' tab on CPOS. However we are able to print receipts for new sales. Note that the issue is only with CPOS. No such issues with MPOS . Any ideas?

    Hi Rutvik,

I don't have the solution but i have faced similar issue and will share the work around steps

Try to use new device for  activating CPOS and you will be able to view the receipt with out issue in new device.

Menekse I am using version 10.0.3. Microsoft icm team thinks it could be a bug since it only happens with cpos and not mpos

    Hi Rutvik,

I have checked in Platform 10.0.4 and it is working. Which version are you using?

    Hi Sergei,

Thanks for replying. I have already checked but there are no errors. When you say application cache. Did you mean the browser cache? I have tried running CPOS on sandbox in incognito. Still same result. I believe it could be a sync issue between cpos and receipts

I would check first in server side Event Viewer, if there are errors in Dynamics/Commerce-RetailServer folder, related to receipts, right after the attempt to print.

It may direct to the real reason.

If there are no errors, then try to clear the Cloud POS's application cache.

Ctrl-F5 could help to do it.

Or may be do it first, then look for errors on server side, if no luck with cache.
