Guys,

I would like to check.

I have a scenario where customers give me their monthly forecast. From the sales forecast, i can use Management reporter to generate by forecast revenue report.

Now the sales forecast i enter, require production to production.

My question, from my sales forecast, can i also forecast my expense for my raw materials and my operation cost?

How can i forecast the expense for the sales forecast that i entered?

Hi Dexin,

Have you tried transferring your forecast into the budgeting module and the budget register entry form?

There is a standard functionality for doing that.

Once you have the forecast data there you can add any additional costs for operations that you have in addition.

HI Ludwig,

I have checked, when i setup the forecast model there is an option to include in forecast.

But when i forecast my FG, i was expected that it will also forecast for me the RM cost and operation cost but unfortunately it only forecast my revenue instead of revenue and cost.

Sorry guys, It was my mistake.

I tried as described by Ludwig, once you enable the transfer forecast to budget. Basically you call get your forecasted revenue as well as budgeted expenses.
