I am looking to use Voice of the Customer (VoC) to performer questionnaires by my team members in the field. As I've played around with the functionality of VoC, I think it may not work for my needs. Please let me know if I am missing something.
Here are my requirements:
- Must be able to create surveys/questionnaires - No problems using VoC
- Questionnaires must be associated with a customer - No problems using VoC
- My team in the field visits the home of customers to perform questionnaires. The team member may not have access to internet during visit. Ability to fill out questionnaires in an offline-only mode from the tablet or outlook app. - Not sure if VoC can do this...
From what I can tell, VoC doesn't appear to offer the capabilities to meet the needs of my third requirement above. To meet the third objective, will I need to build out my own questionnaire entities and then make them offline capable?
