May I find out why does COA - Consultancy costs, is not is not position in line with the rest in Navision 2018?

Josh,

When you create a new Chart of Account entry run the Ident Chart of Accounts function so it will indent those accounts to fall in line with others.

As Steven said, everytime you create a new COA, make sure you click Indent Chart of Accounts. It will properly indent your COA to the correct one.
