We would like to integrate the articles from our Web site CMS into the CRM knowledge base. Can we manually import a file (e.g. XML) of our Web CMS content into the CRM KB as a KB Article? Does Microsoft CRM Dynamics allow us to import data into the Knowledge Base (KB) entity?

We are using the new entity structure for articles- CRM 2016 Knowledge Article Entity and the OOTB input wizard. We use the core CRM functionality. How would we go about integrating the articles from our Web site CMS into the knowledge base?

Yes you can import into it, but if you are using the OOTB import wizard the format will either need to be CSV or Excel(XML).
