inventory value Report appear wrong value

We made a Counting for item"220111" in warehouse "FA-01 " in 31/12/2019 on hand it was 8,400 also when we check "on hand" it match with stock in counting but when we run inventory Value Report as 31/12/2019 the qty 10540 .

I think after counting it should be a same , Am I right ?

Hi,

Can you take out the parameter for 'summarize physical and financial values' and run the report again?

I would expect that you have a difference in the physically and financially updated values.

Also please check the warehouse parameter for 'view' in the second screenprint so that you can at least view the warehouses that you have.

Thanks in advance.... We have requested the report with more details and problem started to show up, although we could not understand the reason... The system is showing it as physical inventory not posted

I opened case with Microsoft , when they check thy asked me to upload database to them to check issue in details, we still waiting they solution .

Hi Ludwig,,,,

Microsoft find the reason, it was 3 transaction picked in 2015 without invoicing.

These qty was not appear in counting, but appeared in Inventory value report.

We invoice these invoice , case solved then.
