No CRM Add-in for Word

I want to print labels from a Marketing List. I select my list and select the merge type "Label", start with a blank document, and click on Download. I open the file in Word and then navigate to the Add-in tab to select the CRM Add-in, however there is no CRM Add-in. I then navigate to the Mailings tab and there is no CRM Add-in. I am using CRM 2013 On Premise and MS Word 2010. How do I install the CRM Add-in for Word?

there is no need to install CRM add-in for mail merge, when you download mail merge template crm adds it by default.

Hi Celeste,

You have the 'Web Mail Merge' privilege right? Because it seems you can press the button and open the mail merge template.

Some people say that you need to install MSCRM for Outlook Connector.

But, I haven't installed this and using in my laptop it seems okay.

Try to download the this:

http://servername:port/_static/Tools/MailMerge/CRMTemplate.dotm
