We have come across an issue with our GL import where IM thinks we have duplicate transactions. The text file below has the transactions that only the first line imports and the other lines (Highlighted) will not. No error message . They just don't import. They are not duplicate transactions but it seems IM thinks they are.
Why not use Excel Paste for this as it appears to be one transaction.? Please paste a few lines that are being imported. I do not see how it would tell which is a debit amount and which is a credit amount. Is 15 supposed to be the journal number?
Paste information on the Source Mapping and Query Relationships. My guess is that there is a group in the header that is seeing the lines that are exactly the same as a single unique line. You may have to add a column with a unique identifier, for example a row number, to make the lines unique.[I agree with Richard: If you can use Excel Paste you would probably avoid this issue as Excel Paste is only pasting in the detail/lines where Integration Manager also brings in the header, requiring a relationship to be identified.]
