I need to send out 3 different surveys to the same audience and I would like each contact to randomly receive just one of them.
For this reason I've created a segment that contains all my contacts and I found online that in outbound journeys there is the possibility to /split/ the audience in random branches. For journeys I usually use real-time marketing, do someone know if there is the possibility to have the same functionality there as well?
--The split feature is still available, but the 'random' feature is not supported in RTM journey:
