How do I configure the Contact Form on Event Portal?

I've created an event with an event portal. The event portal has a Contact Us button/form. I've submitted a test comment on this form, but I cannot determine where that message goes. Is it supposed to be emailed to someone? Or does in show up in Dynamics somewhere?

    Check out the Lead entity records. Normally the records from contact us form will be stored in Lead only.

    Thanks, I found them there! Do you know if there is a way to set up notifications when these records are created?

    You can create a simple UI Workflow on create of Lead to send out an email.
