Happy New Year. Its not a specific issue, however I was hoping fellow members can give me some pointers advice etc.
I am planning and looking at ways to rebrand our D365 Global Support team and after suggestions on how I can make this re-brand and more engaging to end users.
Currently looking at
D365 Support Survey to gauge feedback,
A SharePoint Site - Would like some suggestions other than training material, FAQ's etc
Any other ideas would be really helpful.
