We are implementing GP Dynamics 2013 and trying to create our first PO. Getting the message" purchase order processing setup information is missing or damaged". We have completed all tasks in the setup checklist, and not aware of damaged data.. What other investigation can we do?

Apart from the above 2 suggestions, please check the below things,
have you installed & registered Project Accounting?
If yes, click on the POP Setup window and click on the Project button on the window and save the PA settings and then try. That should resolve the issue.

If you go to Tools->Setup->Purchasing->Purchase Order Processing do you see your settings or do you get an error message? Make sure all the required settings are set.
