Getting an Unexpected Error when trying to export translations from Dynamic CRM 2013 - PLEASE HELP

I am using the normal instructions to export translations, and I am getting an Unexpected Error. I go to the solution and click Export Translations. 

I get a pop-up that says Unexpected Error. An error has occurred. Try this action again. If the problem continues, check  the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community...

Please help this is really urgent and important.

    Thank you for your prompt reply, unfortunately there is no download the trace log option, it is completely greyed out, any other place I can get information.

    Hi Nitin,

    As part of resolution i would say to try few things if you are able to do so.

    1. Pls try exporting unmanaged solution and see if you gets any error then place the trace log info which will help to troubleshoot your issue better.

    2. is this managed/unmanaged. And try clearing browser cachae or IIS reset once.

    Hi,

    Have you done this check prior to export installations.

    Exporting Translations.

    Before you export translations you must first install the language packs and provision all the languages you want to have localized. You can export the translations in the web application or by using the ExportTranslationRequest message. For more information, see Export Customized Entity and Field Text for Translation.

    Thank you so much for your help. I have been able to enable trace logging and this is the error that I got....
