Help!

We use Dynamics as a simple sales flow with minimal amount of customer data and tracking of comms.

Logged out then back in and Dynamics 365 has changed the view of all my customers.

Previously I had an alphabet index at the bottom of the page and now this has disappeared and I cannot find any instructions to get it back.

Any ideas

Thanks Nick

Nick, unfortunately this functionality was deprecated in the recent Wave 2 update.  It's upset a few of my users too.

It seems the mouse clickers got the vote..

You would need to use the Filter By function at the column heading on your view, change the Equals option to "Begins with" then drop your letter in and apply!!!

I would be surprised if there is not more noise made about this loss of functionality!

    Hi Nick,

I think it might be know issue after the update, the alphabetic filter bar missing with the wave 2 update.

You can refer following ways to enable alphabetic filter bar again:

    Way1:

Go to Advanced Settings > Customizations > Customize the system > Entities > Select the entity you want to customize > Controls > Add Control > Select “Power Apps Grid” and then enable the Jump bar setting > Save & Publish the changes.

    Way2:

Adding '&flags=FCB.PcfDatasetGrid%3Dfalse' to the address bar behind your url in the view page, which can turn off the new grids.
