Hi Sri, I had checked that IE browser version is 11. This is already as Internal WPF, I had changed it to IE process. but didn't find any difference. Another interesting thing to note is when the same user which is not finding "attach & done" button, when logged in to different machine then they are finding  "attach & done" button.

It seems to be a machine issue in USD application as user able to find such buttons when logged in using IE Browser.

What to do ? Any idea ?

Hi, might not be exactly the same but I have previously seen some challenges with opening attachments from activities. In that case I used a window navigation  rule to get the attachment to load outside of USD. (See below.)

Also, I think Srikanth is correct the hosted control type should ideally be IE Process. Avoid WPF Internal.

    Neil.

can you check the browser version differences in both the user machines (working & not working user machines).

Also, can you change the hosting type to "Internal wpf" in hosted control settings and see if there is any difference ?

    Hi Srikanth,

    Thanks for your revert !

    Pointers:

1.) First of all this issue is not related to a specific record rather we are facing this issue on each & every record.

2.) This issue is only exist when user accessing CRM records via USD application that means when user is opening the same record on web (i.e. browser) then this problem won't exist & user are finding the "Attach" & "Done" button.

3.) Not all the users are facing this issue, there are users which are accessing the CRM via USD applications & they are finding the "Attach" & "Done" buttons.

Any Idea how can i resolve this issue

    Hi

Can you open the same form outside of USD and see if you can find the Attach button ? When I said same form, I mean same record.
