Hi folks,

I'm running RMS v2 + Hotfix 40, is there a way to filter the "Customers" screen based on column values?

We use these customers entries to keep track of licensees who have and have not renewed licenses with us.

We use the "Last Name" column to flag Active or Inactive licensees.

I'd like to filter out the Inactive licensees from this "Customers" screen, is it possible?

I appreciate your assistance on this.

Hi Jeff, thanks for your prompt response.

Is there any way to disable or hide customers from this screen without actually deleting them from database?

Please advise.

You will have to wait for the next version of the program. MS is not supplying the product, it is a third party product coming in July-ish.
