Dynamics 365 expense management mobile app - Reports not showing

I have recently installed new D365 Expense Management App having OCR functionality. I tried doing a little testing, I can take pictures of receipts, it shows me the list of unattached receipts too. But once I attach any receipt and create a report in the app, the report doesn't show itself in the list in the App. Even though it is indeed created, because I am able to see that in D365 F&O.

Any ideas why?

P.S: I have refreshed all the virtual entities mentioned in the documentation https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/project-operations/expense/new-expense-mobile-app-install-and-configure#refresh-virtual-entities-in-dataverse.

Hi Fshaikh,

This can be a bug in the new app. I would suggest creating a ticket for Microsoft Support. You can first check in LCS issue search if there is a known issue.

Hi Andre,

Seems like the issue was that in user, a legal entity should have been selected from the list instead of manually writing it.

As soon as it was corrected, reports started to show.

P.S: This solution was recommended by Microsoft themselves. And it works.
