Sync Payment Terms between CRM and BC

I have Dynamics 365 Sales connected to my Business Central tenant.  I am syncing payment terms From CRM to Business Central and then on the Customer integration mapping the payment terms from Business Central should send back to CRM.  However, the payment terms options on the integration mapping table do not show the payment terms I've created.  It only shows the standard values.  The sync only works back to CRM if I choose one of the standard values shown in the CDS Option Mapping.  Is there a way to get these two "in sync"?  Or something I am missing within the setup?

Is it set to be bi-directional or is BC the master? You can choose this in the table mapping.

We've tried all the settings, To, From, and Bidirectional.  If it's not in that default list it doesn't sync even if the payment term exist on both sides.

This shows that they need to be linked but I don't see where you can actually link them:

I was able to create an extension to extend the CDS Payment Terms Code Enum and this allowed the sync to update as expected.

I have noticed that it is currently nearly impossible to integrate Business Central Online with Dynamics 365 For Sales (CRM) for custom tables and entities, for example we are unable to add a NAV table to the IsIntegrationRecord function found in the Codeunit 5150 because we cant access it, same for adding a new Integration Table Mapping as we also can't access the tables to insert new records. I don't know why Microsoft is limiting our ability to extend their apps, how can I upgrade scrabble word finder from onpremise to online and most of the used functionality in not available in the latter !! If anybody knows or has experience in integrating Business Central with Dynamics 365 for Sales please let me know your opinion.

Check the job que and see if you can notice anything there for terms it might run quite infrequently compared to sales orders
